We have customers come in daily requesting watch batteries because they’re watch will not keep time.  Sometimes even with a new battery the watch will not run.  It can be something as simple as a loose battery terminal to something as cumbersome as needing a new movement.

Our watch technicians have many years of highly specialized experience in servicing various watches including but not limited to Rolex, Citizen, Tag Heuer, Bulova, Fossil, and many other brands.

Once it’s decided that the watch needs more than just a battery, our technicians open up the watch and start diagnosing what exactly the piece needs.  A watch is like a mini engine.  There are gears, gaskets, coils, batteries, and oils that all have to work together correctly to run the watch properly.  It’s a common misconception that you can buy a watch and all it will ever need is a battery.  Overhauls are often required.  The movement is removed from the watch.  The movement is the “guts” of the watch.  It contains the gears, gaskets, coils and all other important parts.  Everything is cleaned of old oil, parts are replaced and then everything is re-oiled and put back together.

It’s imperative that a qualified watch technician works on your time piece.  Less reputable places can do more harm than good.  We will ALWAYS give you an estimate on work that is required of your timepiece.  We stand behind our work and place a warranty on all watch repairs.
